Techie Camp: Virtual: is a weeklong, online experience in which students will dive into Programming using Scratch through a mix of online instruction, guided activities with classmates and individual work time.

TECH CORPS Unplugged is designed to educate, excite and empower students with the “T” in STEM. Each kit will include unplugged lessons, supplies and swag! Through these engaging activities, students will learn about topics ranging from algorithms to virtual reality. The lessons and activities can be used alone or with siblings and family members. In addition to computer science concepts, students will learn valuable 21st-century skills such as teamwork, innovation, problem-solving and critical thinking.

TechGirlz inspires middle school girls to explore the possibilities of technology through free, fun, interactive “TechShopz” led by industry professionals, community leaders, and students. We share our free workshop curriculum with companies, organizations, schools and community groups so they can inspire girls around the world with technology. Our vision is to create a world where girls have a lifelong passion and confidence in their use of technology throughout their careers.

The Junior Academy introduces exceptional students to an online community where they gain access to best-in-class STEM resources and work together to solve real-world problems. STEM professionals mentor student teams during 60-day innovation challenges sponsored by industry-leading companies via Launchpad, our interactive challenge platform. Students and mentors can participate from anywhere in the world and have multiple challenges a year to choose from. Accepted students and mentors receive free membership to the New York Academy of Sciences!
