I am a marketer at Google focusing on getting multicultural small businesses online. I work on campaigns to make sure small businesses can use Google tools to make themselves grow and be found on maps. My work can be anything from making a plan for online advertising and creating videos featuring successful small businesses so we can share their stories on our websites.

Latinas are greatly underrepresented in science and technology and we deserve to be in these spaces. We too are smart, creative, and innovative, and we have a lot to offer in this field. We are going to be a big part of the population in only a few years, and this should be reflected in such a powerful and influential industry. We too should have access to the tools to grow in STEM and become the next job makers, engineers, creators, and leaders in tech.
