I’m a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google, meaning that I help teams understand what our users need the most from our products. I learn by speaking directly with users to explore their lives, motivations, and observing how they use our products. I help teams of designers, product managers, engineers, and others develop innovative ideas based on the insights we gain through our research. I've worked on 14+ Google products over the years.
