Why would you recommend exploring careers in science and technology to other Latina girls?
Technology offers variety and interesting careers. The sense of accomplishment and solving real life problems is amazing. Is a career that give you so many options, in different technology areas, industries and locations to choose from. You can apply your creativity and simplify the way business works. Not many women choose technical careers, and less choose to stay in the field. I just encourage all the young Latinas to explore the greatness inside you and think that yes you can do it, just commit and accept the challenge. It is fun. You can be an agent of change.
